Where to submit
Submitting a proposal to the conference can be done through the EARLI-submission system. This system can be approached by either the EARLI-website and choose login (https://conference.earli.org/), or by pressing the Submission button at this page.
Before submitting a proposal please make sure that you have an EARLI-account. Each presenting author, chairperson, and discussant should have an account to be entered in the system. If you are organizer of a symposium please ask the presenters, chair and discussant to check or create an account.
It is not necessary to be EARLI-member in order to create an account. A free account can be created by choosing “Create account” on the EARLI-website (https://conference.earli.org/)
When submitting the proposals in the system please make sure that when adding presenters, chairs or discussants, the exact email address is used as for creating the account.
The conference system will ask you to specify four keywords. For symposia four keywords are required to describe the symposium as a whole and four keywords are required for the separate papers as well. Please choose the keywords carefully as they will be used to match proposals to reviewers.
Keywords can be selected from a predefined list. The list of keywords is available in the Submission guidelines document.
Reviewing and chairing
During the submission process there is the possibility to indicate whether you are willing to act as a reviewer for the conference and as chair during the conference. As a potential reviewer you may also enter keywords reflecting your expertise.
